Meditate with your Spirit Guides
Using art and stories from actual Guide communications Kathleen explores the advantages of developing a regular mediation practice to keep channels open with your Spirit Guides. Why is it Guides use meditation as a vehicle for communication? What benefits do we gain by creating a long-term commitment to mediation?
How do we get over the "my mind is too busy to meditate" obstacle? What natural neurological processes in the human brain support mediation? What psychic and metaphysical benefits can mediation bring us ? How does our physical and mental health benefit from our commitment to mediate?
This class is an introduction to the benefits of and uses of mediation by Spirit Guides. The class is a beginning step on the journey of understanding our minds, our emotions, our spiritual growth and our Spirit Guides.
